Quotes are based on the information available when the request is made. Final service scope, timing, and price may depend on the vehicle’s actual condition, size, access, requested work, and any conditions observed at the appointment. We will communicate material scope changes before proceeding when reasonably possible.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and appointment information, arranging a legal and safe workspace, obtaining any necessary property permission, and providing reasonable access to the vehicle. Please secure keys as needed for the service and remove personal items you do not want handled. We may decline or reschedule service when access or working conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable.
Appointments are subject to availability and appropriate weather and workspace conditions. We may reschedule when weather, safety, access, or other conditions reasonably prevent proper service. Cancellations, deposits, and booking changes are subject to the booking terms communicated when your appointment is scheduled.
You are responsible for payment of the agreed service price and any add-ons you approve. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. If additional work is recommended after inspection, it will not be added without your approval.
Mobile detailing may reveal or make more noticeable pre-existing damage, defects, wear, prior repairs, stains, odors, discoloration, or other vehicle conditions. We do not assume responsibility for pre-existing conditions or for outcomes that result from the vehicle’s age, condition, materials, previous work, or ordinary wear.
Paint correction and ceramic coating results vary by vehicle condition, paint type, prior repairs, maintenance history, environment, and other factors. Not every defect can be safely removed, and no service guarantees removal of every scratch, swirl, stain, odor, or imperfection. Recommendations are based on the condition observed at the time of service.
We will take or use identifiable photos of your vehicle only with your permission. Photos used for service documentation or marketing will be handled in accordance with the permission you provide.
The website and its content, including text, graphics, design, branding, and other materials, are owned by or used with permission by Xclusive Detail. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Our website may link to or use third-party booking, payment, or other service providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their terms and policies. Xclusive Detail is not responsible for third-party services or content outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an as-available basis. Xclusive Detail does not make guarantees beyond those expressly communicated for a specific service. To the extent permitted by law, Xclusive Detail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Xclusive Detail harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provide. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
