XCLUSIVE DETAIL
Last Updated August 22, 2026
You agree to disclose known damage, sensitive areas, prior repairs, loose trim, aftermarket parts, paint concerns, and other conditions that may affect service. We may inspect the vehicle before beginning work and may discuss adjustments to the proposed scope when the observed condition differs from the information provided.
Please remove valuables and personal items you do not want handled before service. You are responsible for providing the requested vehicle access and keys at the appointment. We may decline or delay work if access cannot be provided safely and reasonably.
You are responsible for arranging a safe and legal location for service and for obtaining any required property permission. Water and electricity requirements, if any, will be communicated for your appointment. We may reschedule or decline work when workspace, utility, access, or safety conditions are unsuitable.
Mobile detailing depends on appropriate weather and working conditions. We may reschedule an appointment when rain, severe temperatures, wind, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances reasonably prevent proper service or safe work.
Quotes are based on the vehicle condition and service needs you disclose. If inspection reveals a material difference in condition or scope, we will seek your approval before adding material work or charges when reasonably possible. Payment is due as communicated for the appointment and any approved services or add-ons.
Stains, odors, scratches, etching, oxidation, water spotting, and other defects may not be fully removable. Results vary with the vehicle’s age, materials, maintenance history, prior repairs, condition, and other factors. We do not guarantee that every imperfection can be safely removed or fully corrected.
Paint correction results vary based on paint thickness, paint condition, prior repairs, clear-coat integrity, and the nature of the defects present. Not every scratch, swirl, etching mark, or paint defect can be removed safely. The recommended correction level will reflect the condition observed during inspection.
Ceramic coating service requires appropriate preparation, curing conditions, and aftercare. We will communicate applicable care instructions for the service performed. A ceramic coating is not scratch-proof and does not prevent every form of damage, defect, or contamination.
We encourage you to complete a final walkthrough at the end of service when available. Please report any concern promptly so that we can review it while the service details are recent and the vehicle condition can be reasonably evaluated.
We will take or use identifiable photos of your vehicle only with your permission. Cancellations, deposits, and booking changes are governed by the terms communicated during booking. Please review those appointment-specific terms before confirming your service.
